How does your free trial work?Sign up at appout.com by clicking "sign up" under "start your free trial now". You will not be charged anything if you cancel before the 30 day free trial expires. We will need your billing information to reduce fraudulent transactions, as well as to confirm you have a valid credit card if you wish to keep your account open (to avoid any downtime). You are welcome to cancel anytime from within the application, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Are there any hidden fees?Absolutely not. What you see with the free trial is what you get. We do plan on launching features for purchase in the future, but only if you choose to partake. You can read more about this under "Will the price increase with improvements?"
What happens when the free trial runs out?If you enjoyed the Massageapp service, you can continue to use it uninterrupted past the 30 day free trial. Your credit card will be automatically billed $15/month for each month you choose the utilize the service. If you choose to cancel before the end of your free month, simply click the "Cancel Automatic Payment" button within massageapp, or email email@example.com with your request.
Do I have to sign a contract?No! You have enough contracts in your life with your cell phone, cable tv & gym memberships, we don't believe you should have to add yet another.
Will you charge me for canceling?No! Just click the "Cancel Automatic Payment" button with massageapp, or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to cancel, and you will not be billed anymore. We just ask that you let us know why so we can improve!
Do I need a website?Website's are not necessary to use Massageapp. You can access this application from any web browser.
Is your application filled with advertisements?No, you will not see one advertisement within your business management application.
Do I have to download / install anything onto my computer / server?No. Everything is hosted on our secure servers so you can simply login using a web browser or mobile device. No techno-wrangling required!
I am not "tech-friendly." I seem to get along with paper and pencil better than computers. Is this a solution for me?Absolutely, you are why we built this! We have taken the basics of what you need for business management, and have placed it into a simple, easy to understand, easy to access format. You'll start saving paper, and time, immediately! We believe you shouldn't need to be a techno-whiz to use our products. You should, however, be able to brag to your friends about how you are efficiently using technology to run your business.
Will the price increase with improvements?Basic improvements to the application will be free of charge for all subscriptions. In order to reach our goal of keeping business management as simple (and as cost effective) as possible, any 'upgrades' we offer will be optional. These 'upgrades' will be offered in the form of additional modules you can subscribe to additionally (such as online booking, email appointment reminders, etc). We feel that by taking this approach, you will be able to customize your business application, based on your needs, and your budget.
Is my credit card (and information) safe?Absolutely, your personal and financial information will be treated with Bank Grade security. We use tokenization with our credit card provider rather than storing your credit card number on our servers
How is your application different than other applications?In a nutshell, less is more. More and more massage therapists are looking for business management tools that are less expensive, less complicated, and more focused on them. We've listened to the specific needs of massage therapists, and will continue to do so, in order to make an application suitable for every massage therapist out there
Do you have a referral program?We will be launching our referral program very soon - with every paid referral you will get a free month, as well, you will be able to tell the status of your referrals. If you're not already on our email list, sign up to be notified when our referral program becomes available
How do you help with direct billing?We've put the necessary features in place to track the components involved in direct billing. Most companies do not have electronic remitting, so currently the features allow you track components such as: outstanding balances, amount of insurance coverage left for a client, and reports.
Do you have an application available for clinics and/or multiple users?We will! Our goal was to launch a tool for individual massage therapists first. Our clinic module will arrive in the first quarter of 2011. sign up to be notified when this becomes available.
